Due to hygiene reasons our items are considered a "Personal Item" and therefore cannot be resold. We kindly ask for you to be completely committed to your order as we cannot issue a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and attach a photo of the issue. We will send you a return address to send the item back and inspect it before issuing a refund/replacement.
